Who We Are

The Uyiir Valarppom Trust is a youth-led organization dedicated to strengthening the most vulnerable members of our society. We work as a team of service-minded and active volunteers to brighten the lives of individuals from all walks of life and help them reach the goals they have set for themselves.

Through our extensive network of Volunteer Chapters across the country, UyiirValarppom has a pan-India presence. Our interventions focus on issues affecting youth and children — resulting in major changes in education, skill, health, career, and long-term livelihood.

Founder

Ms. Geetha Palanisamy is a Finance and IT Consultant who has been involved in social transformation initiatives from childhood. She devoted herself to lifting people in need — always on the lookout for those needing emotional, financial, and mental support.

Nijamdeen Babu

Co-Founder

A motivational speaker, trainer, and mentor. A motivating leader who inspires his team to work with zeal and dedication. UyiirValarppom Trust evolved as an effective organisation through his vision, innovative ideas, and management expertise.

Saladeen Babu

Managing Secretary

An entrepreneur with 15+ years in social service, recipient of the Social Worker Award, the Tamilan Award, and the International Best Social Worker of the Year 2021-22. His guidance helps grow the Trust into an effective organisation.
